Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational/technical education preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in building maintenance or construction.
• Certification, license or equivalent as required by state/local regulations.
• A state-issued driver’s license with clean driving record as defined by insurer.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned maintenance duties and routine preventive maintenance; identify and correct deficiencies.
• Maintain tools, equipment and supplies; notify supervisors to ensure replacements.
• Assist with refurbishment projects and repairs.
• Complete work within scheduled time frame, within budget and priority set by supervisor.
• Install, finish, repair, paint, remove and dispose of drywall or other material.
• Pick up and deliver supplies.
• Operate maintenance equipment, including hand/power tools and company vehicles.
