Lifespace Communities is seeking a Maintenance team member for Newcastle Place in Mequon, Wisconsin. The role focuses on performing maintenance tasks, preventive care, and refurbishments to support a quality living environment for residents.

Qualified candidates will have at least a year of building maintenance or construction experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and any required state certifications or licenses, plus a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical education preferred.
• A minimum of one-year experience in building maintenance or construction.
• Certification, license or equivalent as required to operate or repair equipment.
• A state issued driver7s license with a clean driving record per insurance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Perform assigned maintenance duties and routine preventive maintenance; identify deficiencies and correct as needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in proper condition and notify supervisors to ensure replacements are available.
• Assist with refurbishment projects and repairs.
• Complete work within scheduled time frame, per budget and priority set by supervisor.
• Install, finish, repair, paint, remove and dispose of drywall or other material.
• Pick up and deliver supplies.
• Operate maintenance equipment including hand/power tools, company vehicles, or snow blowers.

• A minimum of one-year experience working in building maintenance or construction.
• Certification, license or equivalent as required under state and/or local regulation to operate or repair certain equipment.
• A state issued driver's license with a driving record clear of infractions as defined by current insurance mandates.
