Maintenance Technician

Reports To: Management.

General Summary

March Ventures Coatings is proud to be one of the leading coating facilities in the United States for application of paint coatings onto metal substrates for the automotive industry. Our 72,000 square foot facility in Brighton, Michigan is the perfect opportunity for a team-oriented individual looking for advancement within our growing organization.

E‑coat/paint Experience Is a Plus, But Not Necessary.

Principal Duties

• Perform troubleshooting and repair of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on all machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Perform light welding work on equipment.
• Maintenance on building structures as needed.
• Checking/monitoring E‑coat related processes.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Working Conditions

This position is based in Brighton, MI, and involves working in an industrial setting with exposure to machinery, and welding equipment. Safety protocols must be followed at all times.

This is a 1st shift position, approx. 40 to 50 hours per week; however, it may include some weekend and additional overtime as required.
