General Summary

March Ventures Coatings is one of the leading coating facilities in the United States for the application of paint coatings onto metal substrates for the automotive industry. Our 72,000 square‑foot facility in Brighton, Michigan provides a team‑oriented environment with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload car parts on and off coating racks.
• Inspect parts prior to hanging and after coating for defects.
• Meet quality and production standards.
• Maintain a clean work area.

Requirements

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to lift automotive parts up to 30 lbs. No experience is required; training will be provided.

Working Conditions

• Base location: Brighton, MI in an industrial setting with exposure to machinery and welding equipment.
• This 1st shift position is approximately 40 hours per week and may include some weekend and additional overtime as required.
• Safety protocols must be followed at all times.

Compensation

Starting pay: $15.00 per hour.
