Job summary

National Church Residences seeks Maintenance Technicians to maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems at Blessing Court, Bedford, TX. This full-time role includes on-call duties 24/7 and a monthly mobile phone allowance.

You will supervise and mentor junior staff when needed, manage inventory, and ensure safety and compliance with codes. Requires HS diploma and 1–2 years housing maintenance experience; HVAC/OSHA certifications are a plus; valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training preferred.
• 1–2 years of residential or apartment maintenance experience required.
• Skilled in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repairs.
• Valid driver’s license required and certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain interior and exterior common areas, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Complete minor carpentry, painting, appliance, and general repairs.

We are seeking Maintenance Technicians who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!

On-Call Requirement: This position requires availability for on-call duties 24/7, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to respond to maintenance emergencies as needed. - Monthly mobile phone allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain interior and exterior common areas, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Complete minor carpentry, painting, appliance, and general repairs.
