Maintenance Technician - Bexley at Carpenter Village

Join Weinstein Properties as a Maintenance Technician at Bexley at Carpenter Village in Cary, NC. We are seeking a skilled, EPA-certified technician with at least 3 years of experience in apartment/residential maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, and carpentry.

Qualifications include:

• CFC/EPA certification – Type II or Universal
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting at $21/hour, depending on experience
• On-call bonus of $150/week plus $150/holiday
• Quarterly bonus up to $980
• Benefits: vacation & sick time, holiday pay, insurance, rent discount, 401K with company match

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with emergency on-call rotation

Responsibilities include:

• Work order completion in occupied and vacant apartments
• Assist with apartment turn/make-ready process
• Maintain property grounds and community amenities

Job Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
