Riceland Foods, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform daily bag house readings and complete equipment checklists. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance and adherence to safety and GMP practices.

You will lubricate, fuel, and clean equipment, assist with repairs, operate forklift when needed, and document all activities. A high school diploma or GED and related training are required; some experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus specialized training and/or additional college courses and two years of related experience and/or training.

Responsabilités

• Daily bag house readings and equipment checklists.
• Lubricating, fueling and cleaning; notify management of repairs.
• Light maintenance and sanitation duties daily.
• Occasionally operates forklift and heavy machinery.
• Recommend and implement process improvements as approved.
• Consult with Supervisor as needed.
• Work within a team environment.
• Comply with safety rules, GMPs and company/government procedures.
• Complete related paperwork.
• Greet visitors and represent the company professionally.
• Safety Sensitive Position.
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
