Baily International is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to help keep our operations running smoothly at our city location.

Join a team that emphasizes safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. You’ll perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, PLC, and mechanical repairs, conduct preventive maintenance, and contribute to upgrades with Maintenance Leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
• Forklift operation and equipment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform building HVAC, plumbing, electrical, PLC, and mechanical repairs.
• Complete preventive and predictive maintenance for equipment.
• Keep tools and maintenance areas clean, organized, and food-safety compliant.
• Inspect facilities and equipment with Maintenance Leadership.
• Respond quickly to emergencies, following safety protocols.
• Suggest improvements to increase uptime, reduce waste, and improve safety.
• Assist with special projects and work closely with the Maintenance Lead and team.
