Job summary

Wellspring in Louisville, KY is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to ensure upkeep and repair of all Wellspring facilities, including offices and residential sites. The role is Monday–Friday, 7:00–17:00, totaling 40 hours per week with occasional on-call duties.

Candidates should have five or more years of maintenance experience across trades and a high school diploma or GED. This position requires valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, plus background checks and a fitness

Maintenance Technician:

Wellspring is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to ensure the effective upkeep, maintenance and repair of all Wellspring facilities, including offices and residential facilities.

Qualifications:

Salary:

• $20-$25 per hour

Shift/Schedule:

Monday - Friday, flexible hours between 7 - 5, 40 hours per week (weekly on-call scheduled approximately once or twice a month)

Conditions of Employment:

• This position requires clearances of state and federal background checks, multiple abuse/sex offender registries, and clearance of exclusion lists prior to employment.
• This position requires successful passing of a physical for fitness determination for duty.
• A dependable vehicle, valid drivers' license, and maintaining automotive insurance is required.

Additional requirements:

• Will be required to provide their own basic hand tools; allowances will be given for upgrade or replacement, when applicable.
