Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Mech & Robotics Tech for our Oak Creek, WI facility. You will join the Operations Maintenance team, repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems to keep operations smooth.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, is flexible for weekends and night shifts, and has at least 1 year of PC experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Candidates must be able to lift 49 pounds and travel up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• At least 1 year of PC competency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the facility.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Promote a safe working environment by adhering to all safety procedures and standards.
