Job summary

Nationwide Technical Search is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the day shift in Auburn, IN. This onsite, permanent position offers full benefits from day one and a 12-hour 3-2-2 schedule, with a pay range of $28-33 per hour.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years in industrial maintenance, and the ability to perform equipment repairs, inspections, PMs, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's Degree in a maintenance or technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair all types of equipment and facilities safely and timely.
• Isolate causes of defective equipment and perform necessary repairs.
• Complete daily walkthrough inspections, as well as run-time and downtime PMs on equipment in assigned areas.
• Follow shift supervisor instructions and track time via work orders.
• Assist with troubleshooting production process issues as needed.
• Work with a safety-first mindset while adhering to LOTO, Arc Flash, Confined Space, and Environmental policies.
• Maintain a clean work area, update team on maintenance status (verbal and written).

Requirements

Essential Job Functions

• Equipment & Facility Repair: Safely, timely, and professionally repair all types of equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshooting: Isolate causes of defective equipment and perform necessary repairs.
