Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to understand and interpret gauges, tools, and instruments relating to product quality and equipment repair.
• Good working knowledge of electricity and troubleshooting electrical issues.
• Experience in welding.
• Experience with PLCs, Drives and preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment in a timely, complete and cost-effective manner.
• Perform duties to maintain production machines and other facility equipment.
• Check and inspect assigned equipment during preventive maintenance; report findings to management.
• Complete work orders and update maintenance tracking system.
• Identify and correct electrical issues through knowledge of drives and PLCs.
• Ensure machine productivity and quality after repairs, changeovers, and extended downtime.
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
• Respond quickly to issues that may put employees at risk and rectify immediate dangers.
• Maintain building safety and appearance including utilities, ventilation, housekeeping, and plumbing.
• Communicate issues with group leaders/maintenance manager.

• Pay: $22.20 an hr based on experience
• 3 Month Assignment Possibility of Extension or Conversion based on performance and budget
• Mon‑Thurs 2nd Shift 3PM – 1PM
• The position will mainly be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing equipment in a timely, complete, and cost effective manner
• Perform duties to maintain production machines and other facility equipment
