Job summary

Chapter 2, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Support to perform a variety of general maintenance tasks including grounds care, repairs, and preventative maintenance. The role requires basic trade knowledge, reliability, and the ability to work independently or with Maintenance Technicians.

Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, machinery repairs, and supporting other departments as needed. A strong attendance record and safety compliance are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• General maintenance experience and ability to perform basic repairs.
• Basic knowledge of trade fundamentals and following safety guidelines.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and with others.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly preventative maintenance of equipment and suggest improvements.
• Maintain grounds, landscaping, snow removal and general cleanup.
• Carry out minor repairs and building improvements to machines and facilities.
• Assist with housekeeping to keep a clean facility and work area.
• Support safety, quality, cost and delivery initiatives through continuous improvement.
