Landings Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician Assistant to support our maintenance team in Rhode Island. You will assist with routine inspections, troubleshooting minor mechanical and electrical issues, and performing preventive maintenance under supervision.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, and a valid driver's license. Physical stamina and reliable transportation are required to succeed in this role within our

Responsibilities

• Assist senior maintenance technicians with routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and building systems.
• Help diagnose and troubleshoot minor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues to support timely repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and parts inventory.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and keep a clean, organized work environment.
• Support emergency maintenance tasks and coordinate with team members.
