Job summary

Freudenberg Performance Materials LP (USA) offers a Maintenance Technician Apprenticeship, a temporary, defined-term program enabling students to gain hands-on experience with experienced professionals in a global manufacturing setting. You will apply what you learn to real equipment and processes while building in-demand skills.

The program is on-site with a defined duration and separate tracking from regular headcount.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and industrial maintenance systems.
• Experience or training with PLCs (Allen-Bradley) and industrial control systems such as Foxboro I/A preferred.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools, including a multimeter, to test and troubleshoot electrical circuits.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of AC/DC drives and basic temperature and pressure control systems.
