Job summary

Kellanova is seeking a Maintenance Technician Apprentice in Cary, North Carolina, to learn mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on industrial equipment. This paid apprenticeship includes onboarding, mentorship, and a structured development path, with the role requiring a 1.5-year full-time commitment beginning May 2026 and onsite work only.

Eligible students may receive tuition reimbursement and gain executive exposure, networking, and community activities as part of the program.

• Previous exposure to mechanical or maintenance concepts through either classroom or work experience.

Apprenticeship Program Details

• This is a paid apprenticeship that is tailored to emerging talent. This will not satisfy the requirements of state licenses.
• The pay rate for this role starts out at $21.87 and continues to increase throughout the program—and did we mention we have plenty of snacks?!
• We will be investing in your future through a tuition reimbursement program during the apprenticeship
• Requires a 1.5-year, full-time commitment starting May 2026.
• Your journey with us will include a full onboarding and professional development including executive exposure, networking events, and community activities
• This role is located in Cary, North Carolina and must be completed fully onsite
