Sealy Management Company is seeking a Make Ready Technician to join our Waterford Square team in Huntsville, AL. You will perform routine apartment maintenance and coordinate turnover with vendors to ensure units are ready for new residents.

This role emphasizes professionalism, strong customer service, and teamwork with management and maintenance staff. Pay is experience-based, and a $500 sign-on bonus, plus health/dental/vision and life insurance, PTO and development support are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance tasks such as drywall repair, carpentry, appliance repair.
• Customer-service oriented and able to interact with residents.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company and property with professionalism
• Perform routine apartment maintenance (drywall repair, carpentry, appliance repair, etc.)
• Plan and execute apartment turnover, scheduling and working with vendors when necessary
• Perform general property upkeep and ensure the community always looks its best
• Communicate effectively with the management, leasing and maintenance teams to achieve property goals
• Exhibit a willingness to adapt – no two days in apartment management are the same and job duties can change from day to day
