You will handle drywall, carpentry, and appliance repairs, with HVAC certification preferred. Expect turnover projects, vendor coordination, and proactive communication with the management team to keep the property well maintained and residents

Responsabilidades

• Represent the company and property with professionalism
• Perform routine apartment maintenance (drywall repair, carpentry, appliance repair, etc.)
• HVAC certification preferred
• Plan and execute apartment turnover, scheduling and vendor coordination
• Perform general property upkeep to maintain a pristine community
• Communicate effectively with management, leasing and maintenance teams
• Be adaptable as duties can change from day to day
