The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET with on-call rotation and reports to the Property Manager. A valid driver’s license, basic maintenance skills, and a customer-focused approach are essential.

The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in delivering prompt and professional maintenance services within our multifamily residential portfolio. Depending on business needs, this role may be assigned to a specific property or support multiple properties within a designated region. Responsibilities include addressing service requests, performing skilled repairs, preparing vacant units for turnover, and maintaining the overall appearance and safety of the property. Working closely with property managers and residents, the Maintenance Technician ensures a positive living experience by upholding high standards of care and responsiveness.
This position supports four apartment communities—two in Kendallville, one in Angola, and one in Churubusco. These are smaller communities, with a combined total of 51 units across all four properties.
