Job summary

Monroe Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to sustain the safety, appearance, and operation of our residential properties. Reporting to the Community Manager, you will oversee interior/exterior upkeep, inspect units, and coordinate with vendors.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry, plus budgeting and material purchases to support Make-Ready work. Join a team focused on delivering quality housing and well-maintained communities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Apartment/ multi-family Maintenance
• English language proficiency (read, speak, and write)
• The ability to pass a full background check

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, exterior structure
• Perform property and unit inspections
• Maintain property curb appeal and general cleanliness
• Schedule and maintain Make-Ready Board
• Purchase materials & Budget Management
• Ensure Safe, Decent, and Sanitary Housing for residents
