Qualifications

• 1–3 years building maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must possess own basic hand tools and power drill/driver.
• Knowledge of hand/power tools, cleaning supplies, and PPE.
• Strong mechanical and mathematical ability; able to perform arithmetic, decimals, and percentages.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and document issues; report to supervisor.
• Complete work orders and after-hours on-call requests.
• Maintain exterior of properties for curb appeal.
• Repair/replace lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, wiring; diagnose electrical issues.
• Repair/replace plumbing fixtures; clear clogged drains with drain snake.
• Install/repair drywall; minor painting as needed.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems and hot water tanks.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of common areas and grounds.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy with necessary repairs.
