A leading mental health organization is looking for a self-motivated Maintenance Technician to join their Facilities Division. In this full-time role, you'll perform various maintenance tasks to ensure safety and functionality in their offices and facilities. On-the-job training is provided, and benefits include health insurance and a 403(b) retirement plan.

Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) is seeking a self-motivated Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated Facilities Division. In this hands-on role, you’ll help ensure the safety, functionality, and appearance of our buildings—including offices, fitness centers, and landscaped areas—by performing general maintenance and repair tasks such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and more. No prior experience is required; we provide on-the-job training! The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to maintaining clean, welcoming spaces that support the health and productivity of our staff and clients. You’ll also assist with office moves, minor remodels, and landscaping, all while promoting safety, efficiency, and a positive team environment—one room at a time.
Schedule. This position is fully Onsite/In-person. The schedule is Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
Salary for this role. Starting wage is based on experience and company equity.Paid bi-weekly.

Required Vaccination and TB Test.
At AMHR the health and safety of our clients and staff are our top priorities. As part of this commitment, all employees are required to receive an annual influenza (flu) shot and present a negative TB test result before their first day of work. Proof of both the flu shot and negative TB test must be provided on your first day of employment. Medical and religious exemptions can be requested if necessary.
