Job summary

Miller Industries seeks driven maintenance personnel to perform routine PMs and filter changes on production equipment, including crane inspections, lubrication, and scheduled repairs. You will support the plant during breakdowns and assist with capital projects while maintaining safety and efficiency on a 4x10 workweek.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong mechanical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform filter changes, crane inspections, and lubrication tasks.

• Execute scheduled work under supervision and track corrective actions to prevent downtime.
• Assist in planning and implementing capital/improvement projects; ensure safety first.
