Job summary

NP Dodge Company is seeking a Commercial Maintenance Technician to maintain and service our Omaha commercial properties. The role requires experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, and the ability to work independently with attention to safety and quality.

The technician will perform routine maintenance, inspect sites for hazards, and coordinate with facilities management and contractors. This full-time position includes after-hours on-call duties and a strong emphasis on tenant

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems.
Maintain communication with Facility/Property Manager and report on work progress.
Inspect properties for maintenance issues and safety hazards.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and coordinate with contractors.
Maintain accurate records of work orders, repairs, and parts inventory.
Assist with seasonal tasks like snow removal and groundskeeping.
