The duty of the Maintenance Technician is to maintain apartment homes & common areas, and to create positive, impactful connections with residents and guests. We are looking for a jack of all trades - someone that is an expert at determining needs and finding ways to fill them. Someone who can keep resident satisfaction high by maintaining a prominent relationship and providing above and beyond quality of service for all.
