Responsibilities

  • Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining all physical aspects of the property.
  • Complete all assigned service requests properly within 24 hours.
  • Maintain excellent customer service relationships with residents and guests.
  • Develop and maintain personal technical skills to provide high-quality service.
  • Assist with or perform work to bring vacated units to rent-ready condition in a timely manner.
  • Follow hazard communication program; promote safe work practices among staff.
  • Work on-call as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Pauls Collective has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician in our Denver area market.

The duty of the Maintenance Technician is to maintain apartment homes & common areas, and to create positive, impactful connections with residents and guests. We are looking for a jack of all trades - someone that is an expert at determining needs and finding ways to fill them. Someone who can keep resident satisfaction high by maintaining a prominent relationship and providing above and beyond quality of service for all.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining all physical aspects of the property
  • Complete all assigned service requests properly within 24 hours
  • Maintain excellent customer service relationship
  • Develop and maintain personal technical skills necessary to provide a superior level of service without relying on outside vendors
  • Assist with or perform all work necessary to bring 50% of vacated units to rent-ready condition in a timely manner
  • Abide by the Company’s hazard communication program; follow safe work practices and encourage staff to follow safe work practices
  • Work on-call call as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor

Pay $20-$27 DOE and certifications.
