An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of multifamily properties. In this full-time role, you'll leverage your experience in property maintenance to address work orders proactively, ensuring a safe and clean environment for residents. Your skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC will be essential as you tackle various maintenance tasks. This position offers a supportive work environment with numerous benefits, including medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off. If you're passionate about making a positive impact in your community, this opportunity is perfect for you.
As a residential Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for ongoing facility maintenance and repairs to keep the company’s multifamily property operating and appearing at its best.
You will use your three-plus years of experience in property maintenance (either in a residential or hospitality setting) to address work orders before issues escalate into major problems. You’ve done light carpentry, are experienced with minor electrical or plumbing repairs, and aren’t afraid to work on HVAC systems.
You want to positively impact people’s lives by proactively addressing routine maintenance and the general cleanliness of the property, including resident amenities such as the pool and clubhouse.
Your friendly and efficient approach is perfect when engaging with residents in their units and about the property. You are committed to creating a safe working environment for the team and a safe living environment for our residents with a safety-first approach to everything you do.
You will work full-time Monday through Friday. Since maintenance emergencies can happen at any time, this role does require occasional on-call hours as set by the Property Management team.
While we provide equipment and supplies to complete most work orders, you must maintain your own tool kit to complete work orders. Occasionally, you may need to use either a company-owned vehicle (or your own) to move about the property or to pick up supplies off-site. Therefore, you must have a valid driver’s license to be effective in this position.
We offer many benefits to meet your needs, including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance options. The company provides auto-enrollment in its 401(k) plan after 60 days of employment. New employees accrue 40 vacation hours in the first year and earn paid sick leave per state requirements.
Eligible employees also receive holiday pay (if working) or paid holidays (if scheduled off) for six holidays each year.
We can’t be an industry leader without you. Apply Now!
