Job summary

T.G. Lee Dairy in Florida is hiring a skilled maintenance technician responsible for caring for and maintaining production assets and utilities.

The role ensures continuous operation of machinery across electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, hydraulic and pneumatic systems by completing planned and unplanned maintenance on production and packaging equipment. This position requires 2 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, 1 year in multiple technical areas (Electrical, HVAC, PLC), and the

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing facility (preferably food & beverage).
• 1 year minimum experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, PLC and HVAC systems.
• 1 year minimum experience on equipment including lubrication, cleaning, material handling, motor control, relay/control, and packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production assets and utilities to ensure continuous operation of machinery and equipment.
• Perform planned and unplanned maintenance on production, packaging, processing equipment and utility systems.
• Work in a three-shift environment and support overtime and weekend requirements as needed.
