Base pay range

Job Details

• Location: Visalia, CA
• Shift: 3rd shift (11:00pm - 7:30am M-F)
• Hourly Rate: $25-$37
• Reports To: Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

Perform skilled maintenance on converting, printing, and extruding equipment, as well as general repairs to building and grounds. Focus on troubleshooting electrical/electronic and mechanical issues, repairing/replacing components, installing new equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and managing parts inventories.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and communicate effectively with team members.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
• Perform reactive and preventive maintenance.
• Manage projects related to equipment and facilities.
• Source materials and manage parts inventories.
• Perform tool & die and fixture jobs.

Collaborative Skills

• Work well in a team, collaborate across departments, and communicate effectively.
• Be receptive to training and willing to train others.
• Work independently with limited supervision and guide others as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; experience in machine repair or technical roles preferred.
• Welding, fabricating, machining skills, and understanding of control systems and electrical schematics.

Physical & Environmental Demands
