Job summary

CGT U.S. Limited is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for 3rd shift in New Braunfels, Texas. You will perform preventive and reactive maintenance to keep our operations equipment in optimal condition, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

The role requires 4+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience and PLC familiarity, with a focus on safe, efficient repair work. The position runs Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, with a starting wage of $29.00 per

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical skills with PLC experience preferred.
• Proficiency in disassembly, cleaning and reassembly of machines, with emphasis on bearing care.

Responsibilities

• Provide planned, scheduled, unscheduled, preventive, and reactive repairs to maximize uptime and reliability of plant equipment.
• Utilize CMMS program to enter notes on work orders and communicate with team members.
• Maintain good housekeeping by clearing and cleaning work areas before and after repairs.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

Compensation: $29.00 / hour

Description

We are hiring for our 3rd Shift Teams! Starting wage for this role is $29.00 per hour plus $1.25 3rd shift differential ($30.25).

3rd Shift Hours: Sunday - Thursday 11 pm - 7:30 am. We are seeking AMAZING Maintenance Technicians to join our team!

The Maintenance Technician isresponsible keeping our Operations equipment in exceptional working order! From preventative maintenance to trouble shooting and repair, our equipment needs your help!

Key Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide planned, scheduled, unscheduled, preventive, and even sometimes reactive repairs as required to maximize up time and reliability of plant equipment
• Utilize our CMMS program to enter notes on work orders and ensure communication between team members
• Ensure good housekeeping by clearing work area in preparation for assigned repairs and clean up the area after repairs are completed
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Other duties as assigned

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

Experience:

• 4+ years of relevant experience; preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Prefer previous hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with some PLC experience
• Proficiency in disassembly, cleaning and reassembly of machines with special emphasis on bearing care techniques desired
