Job summary

RoShay Services in Lincoln, Nebraska, is seeking a maintenance technician to support the production of ready-to-eat popcorn products in a fast-paced facility.

You will install, repair, and maintain food processing and packaging equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of mechanical and technical experience in manufacturing or an associate’s degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, steam, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Welding skills and familiarity with machine tools.
• Willingness to pursue ongoing technical education.
• Commitment to safety, food safety, and quality policies.

• Supporting line changeovers, equipment startups, and modifications.
• Executing welding, sheet metal work, basic machine operations, and facility maintenance.
• Completing maintenance documentation and adhering to safety, food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
