Salary Range: $23.00 - $30.00/hour (pending experience) with a $1.50/hr premium

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6pm - 2am. MUST be able to train on 1st shift

This position involves assisting with repairs and maintenance of machinery such as motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, production machines, and electronic equipment, including:

Essential Duties and Tasks

• Machine maintenance including electronic, electrical, and mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance
• Maintaining safety, housekeeping, and quality standards
• Disassembling and reassembling machinery
• Reading schematics and process control diagrams
• Troubleshooting and calibrating instruments
• Working with electronic controls, circuits, relay logic, and process instrumentation
• Reading blueprints and manuals

Qualifications, Education, and Experience

• 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing machine maintenance
• Associates Degree or Trade School Certificate preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Dependability and punctuality are essential
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, Outlook
• Confidentiality and strong organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving and judgment
• Self-motivated and professional in a challenging environment

Work Environment

Primarily indoors with safety gear required. Exposure to chemicals, dust, moving parts, and noise.

Physical Demands
