Maintenance Technician - Pleasant Prairie, WI

Starting Pay: Based on Experience/Skill Level: $30.75-$45.05

Shifts: Train on 1st shift, then move to 2nd or 3rd shift

Primary Duties:

• Provide safe and timely electrical support, preventative maintenance, installation, service, repair, troubleshooting, and resolution of multiple operating machines within a manufacturing environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Mechanical and electrical experience, with familiarity in hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Basic troubleshooting skills with proven ability in machine repair.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of Preventative Maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with mechanical components like gears, bearings, drive shafts, etc.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of power transmission equipment, pumps, sensors, limit switches, and industrial controls.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft software.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.
• PLC troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime and on different shifts.
• Operational knowledge of automated machinery, motors, servos, drives, relays, and power systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical control systems and motor control circuits.
• Basic welding skills.
