What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all production equipment by performing preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance. Your ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery is crucial to keeping operations running efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical and electrical maintenance experience in a production or industrial setting is essential
• Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Electronics, or a related field OR 3+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance
• Proficiency with hand tools, electronic test equipment, and mechanical drawings
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, PLC ladder logic programs, and digital/analog servo systems
• Knowledge of soldering, ARC welding, and MIG welding
• Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Experience operating forklifts and elevated platforms
• Commitment to safety, including LOTO procedures and PPE use
