CCH - (Christian Church Homes) in Colorado Springs is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to oversee daily maintenance of assigned properties, ensuring safe and sanitary housing for residents. The role requires flexibility for indoor/outdoor tasks and unplanned events, in coordination with the Associate Director of Facilities.
The position involves managing work orders in Yardi, performing electrical, plumbing and HVAC repairs, carpentry, and inventory management.
A Maintenance Technician III oversees the day‑to‑day maintenance operations of assigned properties. The Maintenance Technician is a key member that ensures the upkeep and safety of the property and will jump in and work alongside the team. Work involves indoor and outdoor environments and flexibility to adapt to unplanned events, while remaining resourceful and efficient. Works in coordination with the Associate Director of Facilities to ensure the maintenance teams deliver Safe, Appropriate and Sanitary Housing to all our residents.
This position will report directly to the Community Manager and does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
CCH is committed to paying competitive wages. The salary range for this position is $24.04-$28.56 in California and $20.96-$26.62 outside of California. CCH offers a competitive benefits package with health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 8% employer contribution to retirement, and more. This is a full-time, non-exempt position based at a CCH Community.
Generally extensive physical exertion is required. Prolonged periods of walking, bending, climbing, manual manipulations, and use of hand tools are necessary. Must be able to regularly lift, move and carry items over 50 lbs. Physical demands also include continual sitting, typing, and repetitive computer use for up to 8 hours a day. The position also requires frequent communication with others, including hearing and speaking clearly with individuals and groups, in person and via phone and video calls.
