The shift times for Maintenance Tech 2:00pm-10:30 pm Monday through Friday

POSITION SUMMARY

The Maintenance Technician 1 will be responsible for building maintenance and a range of basic repairs on equipment. This includes but is not limited to troubleshooting and maintaining small tools and equipment.

CORE FUNCTIONS

  • Complete building maintenance and repairs (restrooms, lighting, HVAC systems, painting, and pneumatic systems).
  • Troubleshoot and maintain small tools and equipment.
  • Partner with Maintenance Tech II for preventative maintenance (PM). This could include changing filters, oiling parts, minor electrical repairs, etc.
  • Assist in building new fixtures, office equipment, and other necessary tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Support facilities team as needed to ensure a safe and clean work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2 years of working with mechanical systems, tools, or machines required.
  • Previous forklift experience preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position is subject to Heavy Work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
