Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Massillon, OH plant on the 2nd shift. The role handles preventive maintenance, repairs, and tooling to keep production running, with a $2.00 shift differential.

You will work on repairing assembly equipment, rebuilding machinery, and responding to repair requests across the facility. Required HS diploma or GED, 1-3 years maintenance experience, basic electrical knowledge, and proficiency with hand/power tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic electrical knowledge preferred.
• Basic fluid power experience (pneumatic and hydraulic) is a plus.
• Proficient using hand and power tools.
• Basic welding experience preferred.
• Basic computer and math skills.

Responsibilities

This position is located at the Massillon, OH plant.

- 2nd Shift Hours Monday - Thursday 3:00pm - 2:00am & Friday 3:00pm - 11:00 pm.

- Pay offers a $2.00 shift differential

The Maintenance Technician performs preventive maintenance and makes repairs on equipment in the plant to ensure uninterrupted production. Keeps assigned areas equipped with parts in an orderly condition.
