Job summary

Diamond Vogel is seeking Maintenance Mechanics to support maintenance operations at our Menomonee Falls, WI facility. This full-time, hands-on role maintains and repairs production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable operations.

You will work closely with Production, Quality, and plant teams to troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime. We offer a $2,500 Hiring & Stay Bonus and a complete benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of manufacturing maintenance experience required.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems preferred.
• Strong safety mindset, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on pumps, motors, pneumatic systems, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
• Perform maintenance tasks including welding, metal fabrication, plumbing, and carpentry as needed.
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately.
• Support contractors and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
