Job summary

Clarios is seeking a Maintenance Technician at the St. Joseph Distribution Center to troubleshoot and repair electrical, PLC, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a fast-paced environment.

You will contribute to TPM programs, calibrations, and continuous improvement projects while ensuring compliance with safety and government codes. Shifts include 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:00pm) with a 1st shift training period; pay starts at $44.17/hr plus a $1.00/hr shift premium, with weekly pay on

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Post-high school maintenance training preferred.
• Mechanical and electrical repair skills required.
• Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts with overtime.
• Able to lift 50–70 lbs and work in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and modify electrical, PLC, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Support TPM-based preventive maintenance and calibrations.
• Develop special projects to improve safety, production, and reduce scrap.
• Utilize Maximo to back up maintenance tasks as needed.
