Job Summary
Performs a variety of basic maintenance functions. This is a 2nd Shift position, from 3pm to 11:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
  • Performs basic maintenance duties and repairs as assigned.
  • Assists in making decisions on minor and routine repairs.
  • Maintains equipment; performs minor repairs using power and hand tools.
  • Performs unskilled or semi-skilled tasks such as minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical work, lamp changing, and drywall maintenance.
  • Maintains logs, performs rounds, and completes work orders, tests, and inspections.
  • Reads, comprehends, and transmits detailed instructions verbally and in writing.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of general building maintenance experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow up on maintenance tasks using a work order system
  • Experience with drywall and flooring repairs
  • Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS)
  • Experience with generator monitoring remote notification systems, text alerts, and responding to generator alerts
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
