Job Summary

Performs a variety of basic maintenance functions. This is a 2nd Shift position. 3pm to 11:30pm M-F.

Responsibilities:

1. Performs basic maintenance duties and repairs as assigned.
2. Assists in making decisions on all minor and routine repairs.
3. Maintains equipment; performs minor equipment repairs using power and hand tools.
4. Performs a variety of other unskilled or semi-skilled tasks such as minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, minor electrical work, lamp changing, and drywall maintenance.
5. Maintains logs, performs rounds, and completes maintenance work orders, tests, and inspections.
6. Reads, comprehends, and transmits complicated detailed instructions verbally and in writing.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of general building maintenance experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow up on maintenance tasks using a work order system
• Experience with minor drywall and flooring
• Building Automation Systems (BAS)
• Generator monitoring – remote notification system
• Responding to generator alerts and running status via text alerts
• Driver’s license and clean driving record
