Qualifications

• Tech/trade school diploma or degree required.
• Ability to analyze electrical/technical drawings.
• Mechanical aptitude to understand PLC and mechanical relationships.
• Experience with electrical control circuits, PLC I/O, relay logic, and basic PLC rung edits.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to prevent downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical/mechanical issues on equipment.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance including LOTOTO and PPE use.
• Document maintenance logs, parts inventory, and repairs in the CMMS/workorder system.
• Collaborate with operators on equipment performance and emergency maintenance requests.
