Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment or a maintenance technical degree.
• Experience troubleshooting bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, and conveyors.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a high-functioning team to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and minimize equipment downtime.
• Promote a safety-focused culture by engaging the crew in safety activities.
• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain (predictive and preventive) and upgrade equipment.
• Install and align new equipment using precision tools.
• Perform periodic maintenance and lubrication for reliability and uptime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs including labor hours and preventive maintenance findings.
• Identify and prioritize maintenance needs with operations.
• Collaborate with operations to troubleshoot mechanical problems to meet production and quality goals.
• Install and repair mechanical drives, chains, sprockets, gears, belts, and couplings.
• Read mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Handle physical tasks in a loud industrial environment for extended shifts.
