Location: Ashland, OH. Employment type: Full‑Time. Shift: 2nd & 3rd Shift.

Pay Range: $29.24 – $41.30 per hour (based on skills & experience). Overtime: Daily, weekend, and holiday premiums.

• Competitive hourly pay: $29.24 – $41.30 + shift differential
• 1.5x pay over 8 hours and over 40 hours per week

Compensation And Benefits

• Starting salary for position: $29.24 – $41.30 per hour + shift differential
• Bonus: Annual – Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.
• Paid Vacation: 2 weeks per calendar year. Pro‑rated vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.
• Paid Holidays.
