This role is critical in supporting production through preventative maintenance, minimizing downtime, and ensuring equipment is calibrated and functioning to specification. The key metrics of success are summarized by SQDEP+. Safety, Quality, Delivery, Equipment, and Productivity. The (+) represents non-tangible and/or environmental attributes that are difficult to measure such as employee engagement, organization wide culture, and other similar impactful elements of a healthy work culture. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with mechanical, electrical, and control systems, strong problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. The Maintenance Technician may oversee improvement or repair initiatives both in collaboration with other business leaders, or independently as the sole advocate.

Education And Experience

Physical Demands
