Job summary

Tosca Services, LLC (US) is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the Norton, MA service center on 2nd shift. You’ll maintain equipment and facilities, troubleshoot issues, and support line operations while upholding safety and quality standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 3+ years with mechanical/electrical systems, familiarity with OSHA and LOTO, and experience with PLCs, hydraulics, and welding. Overtime flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience with mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and production safety practices, including LOTO.
• Electrical knowledge including schematics, PLCs, 480V/3-phase systems, DC motors, Yaskawa AC drives, wiring, and control logic.
• Solid understanding of industrial mechanical principles including hydraulics, pneumatics, and controls.
• Familiarity with boilers and MIG/TIG welding is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and manufacturing system issues with the operations team.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
• Support building maintenance including minor plumbing, drywall, painting, cleaning, and general upkeep.
• Identify and resolve recurring equipment problems with the maintenance team.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and Tosca’s internal safety standards.
• Demonstrate strict adherence to the Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) program.
• Provide occasional production line support, including coverage on the wash line while maintaining safety and quality standards.

What You'll Do:

As a Maintenance Technician at our Norton, MA Service Center, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the equipment and infrastructure that power our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and manufacturing system issues with our operations team.
• Performing preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
• Supporting all aspects of building maintenance, including minor plumbing, drywall, painting, cleaning, and general upkeep.

What We Are Looking For:

We’re looking for a skilled technician who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You should have:

• At least 3 years of experience working with mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and production safety practices, including LOTO.
• Electrical knowledge including schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase systems, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic.
• Solid understanding of industrial mechanical principles, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and controls.
• Familiarity with boilers and MIG/TIG welding is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.

Pay:

• $30.00–$35.00/hour, based on experience + $0.50/hour 2nd shift differential

Work Schedule

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.
