National Beef Packing of Moultrie, Georgia, is seeking qualified professionals with experience in food processing to join our 2nd Shift Maintenance Team. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in maintenance at a food production facility, electrical skills, or ammonia/refrigeration experience.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair mechanical equipment, buildings, and machinery
• Rebuild, repair, and replace equipment and parts
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Install equipment and parts
• Inspect and troubleshoot systems
• Create daily activity reports
• Collaborate with management and departments on maintenance issues
• Other duties as assigned

This is a safety-sensitive, on-site position.

• Mechanical skills and understanding of machine functions
• Ability to use common tools (hammers, saws, drills, wrenches)
• Basic computer skills
• Dependability and punctuality
• English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)

Preferred but not required:

• Ammonia/Refrigeration systems

• Knowledge of plant layout and equipment
