Qualifications

• 5 years electrical and instrumentation troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.
• 5 years manufacturing experience in a maintenance-related position.
• 3-5 years fabrication experience.
• Prior extrusion, anodize, and automated paint line experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintain all plant equipment to like-new condition through preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Maintain building and all associated equipment to like-new condition.
• Fabricate parts, etc. from raw materials using standard shop equipment and tools.
• Quickly respond to equipment breakdowns, make repairs as needed to minimize downtime.

Job Description: The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for managing all maintenance operations related to equipment and facilities to achieve 98% scheduled up-time on all equipment. This position requires active participation and leadership in safety, quality, and continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Maintainallplantequipmenttolikenewconditionthroughpreventivemaintenanceand inspections.
• Maintainbuildingandallassociatedequipmenttolikenewcondition.
• Fabricateparts,etc.fromrawmaterialsusingstandardshopequipmentand tools.
• Quickly respond to equipment breakdowns, make repairs as needed to minimize downtime.

Skills

• Operateandworkonvariousindustrialandcommercialmachinesandtools.
• Abletoorwilling tolearnhow tosafelyoperate industrialpoweredlift trucks.
• Musthaveelectricaltroubleshootingskillsincludingabilitytousevariouselectrical test instruments, read electrical schematics, understand wiring diagrams, etc.

Experience required:

• 5yearselectricalandinstrumentationtroubleshootinginamanufacturingenvironment.
• 5yearsmanufacturing experienceinamaintenancerelatedposition.
• 3-5yearsfabricationexperience.
• Prior extrusion, anodize, and automated paint line experience a plus

Physical Demands:

• Lift 50 lbs. or less as needed.
• Bend over, under, crawl inside, or around various machines and equipment to perform repairs, sometimes working lying down, upside down, or in awkward positions, to make the necessary repairs, as needed.
