Qualifications

• Good communication skills to interact with team members and management.
• Ability to work individually or in a team situation.
• Must be able to pass company drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions; repair or replace defective components such as motors, belts, gears, or electrical wiring.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting mechanical issues, conducting routine inspections, and performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of our equipment. What You Will Be Responsible For:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques. Repair or replace defective components, such as motors, belts, gears, or electrical wiring, as needed.

• Maintain up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and replacement of parts.
• Provide assistance to mechanical installations as directed.

• Interface with equipment operators and maintenance staff to ascertain problems with equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to determine problems and make appropriate repairs.
• Install and service a variety of systems including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical, communications and process control systems.
• Support continuous improvement engineer(s) and production departments by suggesting ways to improve the reliability and/or productivity of the equipment.
• Willing and able to adhere to all safety standards and wear all necessary personal protective equipment.
