Pratt Industries in Hebron Estates, KY is hiring a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. You will help minimize downtime and keep systems running at peak reliability.
This full-time role requires a high school diploma or technical training, with 3+ years in industrial maintenance preferred. Strong reading of schematics, safe tool use, and teamwork are essential.

Ability to read, understand, and follow safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance manuals, procedures, work orders, and technical documentation. Ability to communicate effectively and complete routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to read and accurately use tape measures, calipers, feeler gauges, and other measuring devices. Ability to perform calculations involving measurements, percentages, dimensions, volume, and rates using high school-level mathematics.
Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out written, oral, or graphical instructions. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment and system issues involving multiple variables in a manufacturing environment.
May be required to obtain and maintain a current Lift Truck Operator License and other applicable certifications.
Must be able to lift, carry, and hold 50+ pounds. Ability to stand, sit, kneel, squat, and climb ladders for extended periods. Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments that may be dusty, dirty, greasy, or wet. Ability to work overtime and extended shifts as needed.
Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, noise, dust, humidity, vibration, and varying environmental conditions. Appropriate PPE is required.
