Qualifications

Maintain and repair the machinery that turns recycled paper into corrugated boxes.
Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the facility.

About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician at Pratt Industries, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facility. You’ll maintain and repair the machinery that turns recycled paper into corrugated boxes used in everyday products – from pizzas at Domino’s to Amazon deliveries and moving supplies from Home Depot!

What We’re Looking For:

Required Skills:

Troubleshooting of 3-Phase power/electricity
AC/DC Motors and Motor Starters
Gearboxes/Gear Reducers
Basic knowledge of PLCs & VFDs
Hydraulics and Pneumatic Systems

Bonus Skills/Experience:

What’s the Work Environment Like?

Physical Demands:

Regular standing, walking, reaching, and the occasional crawling or kneeling
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance
